Aerial YogaAnahata Yoga Zone is a multy-style yoga studio. In many our classes we practice Vinyasa Yoga, incorporating elements of other styles. Why? We believe our minds, souls and bodies need changes and challenges, and each yoga style offers unique, special experience.
Kid's YogaProbably your childhood was a bit different than your kid's one.today's children live in the age of fast food,increasing pressure at school,computer games etc. Yoga can counteract those impacts.it increases body awareness,self-esteem and helps to build concentration.
Aerial Yoga"It is a new form of yoga that involves performing a series of exercises inspired by yoga, dance, pilates, calisthenics and aerial acrobatics in order to achieve a total-body workout, while being suspended from a hammock-like apparatus that is about two to three feet off the ground."
