
It has been a very wonderful and blissful experience. I joined the classes six months back,just coming out of treatment for HYPERTENSION. Since then I've been in perfect control of my pressure and gained a lot of flexibility in my body. My concentration levels have also improved significantly. I have always been for health and fitness and have been into aerobics, gymming, walking, dancing etc. Started doing yoga with ANAHATA since jan 2011 and it has been an amazing journey since then.
